Too much Dora and Diego!

Summer of 2009

What a summer it has been with all the barbecues and family outings; with a few more to look forward to, of course. Experimenting with DizzyPig spices, curing recipes and literature from the Buffalo Sausage Maker has kicked my standards up to the point where my sister and I are seriously considering doing the Clarence Oinktoberfest Barbecue Cook-off in September. My next step is to post my recipes and pictures of the barbecues here on the blog. Yes, I was crazy enough to take before and after pictures of my barbecues. Let's try it..As Dizzypig.com says.
